Introduction to the academic department
Childcare Department developed and is applying competency-oriented educational curriculums for cultivation of childcare specialists to lead the 4th generation industries with the goal of nurturing site-oriented childcare teachers who can provide systemic education for holistic development of infants and young children.
We are providing student-oriented learning opportunities for acquisition of a broad range of knowledge and techniques required at the sites of childcare services by executing on-site learning, special lecture by on-site specialists from various industries, mentoring by industries and ordered-type education, etc. Accordingly, students are participating in personality education programs in order to grow as childcare teachers equipped with thorough awareness of their mission based on proper personality. Moreover, it is possible to acquire not only Class 2 childcare teacher qualification but also various private sector qualifications such as childcare teacher program to teach disabled infants and children, paper folding lecturer, book art instructor, child welfare consultant and game-therapy consultant, etc. simply by completing our competency-oriented educational curriculums.
