Work and study program project at the college enrolled student stage
Work and study program project at the college enrolled student stage organized by the Ministry of Employment and Labor, and Human Resources Development Service of Korea implements educational training customized to companies for 1 year by employing students in the final year of college (in the case of male students, those who are exempted from or completed compulsory military services) as student workers. As such, it is an apprenticeship type occupational education and training system to provide opportunity to convert the work and study program qualification into general full-time employee depending on the outcomes of training. Currently, a total of 4 academic departments of Yuhan University are providing academic department-initiated convergence major (smart-factory convergence major) to operate NCS-based training qualification (mechanical equipment control_L3) for nurturing of professional engineers for operational management of smart factory facilities.
