Based on the understanding of food and food ingredients from the perspectives of cooking science, nutrition and food science, we are striving to:
Nurture specialized chefs through worksite-oriented cooking education and practical affairs-oriented educational curriculum in the area of culinary space production;
Nurture specialized café manpower through barista education, practical education on baking, confectionary and dessert manufacturing;
Nurture competent persons majoring in convergence through convergence education design between the area of culinary arts, and media and welfare area
