Although the life of the founder, Dr. Yoo Il Han, is being evaluated from various perspectives including entrepreneur, independence activist and educator, etc., His empirical actions and philosophies were focused only on independent autonomous country and healthy and blissful people in Korea.To realize this goal, Dr. Yoo Il Han, as it is well-known, returned all his assets to the society.However, believing that this alone is not sufficient to realize his ideologies, he decided to establish our school to nurture specialized engineers that the era at the time needed by paying attention to nurturing of competent persons, which was urgently necessary for the country.The extent of the deep affection Dr. Yoo Il Han had towards Yuhan Academia is well illustrated in the will he left behind at his deathbed.“If I die, bury me in a hill in Yuhan University, I would like to continue to listen to the cheerful and energetic voices of our youth even after my death.”

It is a truly honorable and sacred space that we are proud of.Since Yuhan University has small scale, it is easier for use to be more substantial, which will enable us to become an even more powerful university in spite of its scale.
