The field of chemical engineering has always been closely linked to everyday life, and among its emerging areas, biochemical engineering is gaining the most attention. The Yuhan Bio-Chemical Engineering Major provides comprehensive theoretical education in fundamental chemistry, chemical engineering, industrial chemistry, biotechnology, and environmental sciences, focusing on the biotechnology and bio-industry, chemical analysis, and pharmaceutical synthesis fields.
Through advanced theoretical education and hands-on training in a state-of-the-art laboratory environment, we equip students with practical skills in chemical analysis, chemical process management, chemical product production, biochemical product manufacturing, and bioprocess management. Our goal is to train field experts who can seamlessly adapt to the demands of the industrial sector and excel in their roles.

The Skin & Makeup Major was established to train medical skincare and personal beauty makeup experts. Our goal is to provide a scientific and systematic curriculum covering plastic surgery, skincare, and medical care. We achieve this by combining total beauty concepts, which enhance an individual's aesthetic value, with medical knowledge that supports their condition academically.
Through this integrated approach, we collaborate with leading domestic hospitals and cosmetic brands to nurture practical and specialized professionals in the medical beauty industry. We aim to develop highly skilled and differentiated experts who can excel in the rapidly evolving field of medical beauty.

The Beauty & Cosmetics Major was established to advance the beauty industry's scientific development and train experts in the beauty and cosmetics field. As the desire for a healthy lifestyle and the trend towards enhancing personal aesthetic value continue to grow, interest in total beauty is also rising.
In response to this trend, we offer a systematic curriculum designed to develop medical knowledge for the scientific analysis of individual skin conditions and expertise in cosmetic application. To cultivate highly specialized and differentiated beauty and cosmetics professionals, we collaborate closely with Yuhan family companies, providing students with industry-relevant experience and training.

The Social Welfare Major is a three-year program designed to train human service experts essential for a society facing low birth rates and an aging population. This major also offers a curriculum that allows students to obtain a four-year bachelor's degree. The role of social workers, capable of addressing various social risks in a rapidly changing society, is more crucial than ever.
To meet these needs, the Department of Social Welfare provides a curriculum that enables students to acquire three national qualifications, including the social worker certification, upon graduation. We aim to cultivate highly competitive social workers equipped to handle the challenges of modern society.

The Companion Animal Industry Major is designed to provide students with expert knowledge about companion animals through a structured curriculum to develop industry professionals equipped with practical skills.
Our program offers comprehensive, field-centered practical training, internships, and certification programs that cover all aspects of the companion animal industry, including pet training, grooming, nutrition, handling, and breeding. The Hotel Culinary Arts Major offers a specialized, integrated curriculum that combines the skills needed for planning, operations management, and service in the restaurant industry with a strong foundation in Korean, Western, Chinese, Japanese, bakery, food, beverage, and food styling. Our program aims to develop food service professionals with global competence and creative versatility. We focus on nurturing individuals with character, knowledge, and technical skills, enabling them to secure employment across all restaurant industry areas and start their own food service businesses. In keeping with the demands of the global era, we also support overseas employment opportunities in countries such as Australia, Singapore, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Japan, helping students gain a global perspective.

The Cafe & Bakery Major is focused on training field-oriented professionals who will lead the bakery and food and beverage industries. We offer foundational confectionery, pastry, coffee, and wine training to prepare students for careers as pastry chefs, bakers, and baristas. Additionally, our curriculum includes courses in food styling, menu design, and bakery and café startup and management, equipping students for employment and the skills needed for entrepreneurship. To further enhance our students' competitiveness, we offer convergence education that combines media and culinary skills, preparing them to become food content creators. Above all, we aim to develop industry-ready talent by providing expert practical guidance and foreign language training from professors with extensive field experience, ensuring our graduates have the practical skills, industry adaptability, and global competence necessary for successful careers.
