Eligibility Criteria

  • Applicants who have completed 12 years of primary and secondary education and have graduated (or are expected to graduate) from high school or hold an equivalent qualification.

※ Submit the original Apostille document.
※ If the country is not a member of the Apostille Convention, consular confirmation from the Korean Embassy in the respective country is required.

*If the original documents are not issued in Korean or English, they must be translated, notarized, and accompanied by either Apostille or consular confirmation (submit both the original and translated versions).

*Chinese students must submit the household registration booklet (Hukou).

5 Proof of Foreign Nationality [Copy] Copy of citizenship document or passport of the student and parents
6 Alien Registration Card For the student and parents if applicable
7 Korean Language Proficiency Certificate Only applicants with TOPIK level 3 or above are eligible
8 Own or Parent Finances Proof of competency (Original) ※ Original bank balance certificate showing a balance of at least KRW 20 million (issued within the last 30 days).
※ If submitting financial documents in a parent's name, additional documents must be provided, such as the parent's employment certificate, income certificate, or a copy of the parent's business registration.

NOTE

  • All notarized documents are valid only if issued within 1 year, and documents proving financial ability are only issued within 1 month (30 days).

Document Submission Method and Important Notes

  • All required documents must be submitted by the deadline. (The university may request additional documents if necessary after the application has been submitted.)
  • All documents must be submitted in their original form. (however, documents that have been compared to the original by the issuing agency are recognized as original)
  • Documents issued in languages other than English must be translated into Korean and notarized before submission.
  • Once the application is submitted, it cannot be canceled or modified, and submitted documents and application fees are non-refundable.
  • Documents related to eligibility must be accompanied by an Apostille certificate or verified by the Korean consulate.

Announcement of Results and Registration Process

  • Announcement of Results: Results will be announced on the designated date on the Yuhan University admission website (https://sky.yuhan.ac.kr). Individual notifications will not be provided.
  • Registration Method:
    • Early Admission:
      • Tuition Deposit (Confirmation Deposit) Invoice: The invoice for the tuition deposit and registration period can be printed (viewed) from the admission website (https://sky.yuhan.ac.kr) after the announcement of the admission results.
      • Tuition Deposit Payment Period (KRW 300,000): Dec 16, 2024 (Mon) ~ Dec 18, 2024 (Wed)
      • Final Tuition Payment Period: The remaining tuition, excluding the deposit, must be paid by Feb 10, 2025 (Mon) ~ Feb 12, 2025 (Wed)
  • Regular Admission :
    • Early Admission:
      • Tuition Invoice: The invoice for the tuition can be printed (viewed) from the admission website (https://sky.yuhan.ac.kr) after the announcement of the admission results and during the registration period.
      • Tuition Payment Period: February 10, 2025 (Mon) ~ February 12, 2025 (Wed)
